"Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via...

"Very comfortable, clean and easy to access. We would stay here again. The only downfall would be the later check-in at four in the early checkout at 10. But overall would recommend."

"Once I figured out what unit I was in it was fine. Management was communicating through text and I never saw email that gave me unit number. Should either include it in text messages or use just email."
