"Jeg var en uge alene på ferie. Det var et meget hyggeligt og rent hotel. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Personalet var hjælpsomt helt ud over det sædvanlige. Og jeg fik f.eks. flere timer gratis på min sidste dag. Der var fint ved poolen, -ikke så mange mennesker, stille og roligt på nær en del fly, som man hurtigt lærer at overhøre. Men de skyldes jo beliggenheden ved lufthavnen."

Alex and Max and their team have all been lovely and very friendly giving us plenty of local tips and support !!
No rush on sunbeds, plenty of availabilities and the pool is great. The restaurant/ Bar inside managed by Max is a very convenient to continue your chilling vacation and order food and drinks by the pool...

"I had a lovely time here with my boyfriend. The staff were wonderful and the food was incredible! Everything was always clean and it was a lovely hotel suitable for families. There is a bit of a walk to the beach but worth it if your looking for something a bit out the way. The bus stop to the airport and town is right outside and it's in walking distance to Crete Aquarium and Dinosauria. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. And if your stuck for things to do while your there the staff...

"Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Christina, son amabilité, sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme sont remarquables. L hôtel est propre, les chambres sont grandes, décorées avec goût et bien agencées. Possibilité de se faire un petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Le must est de reserver les chambres avec jacuzzi. Sinon vous pourrez vous baigner à la plage située à 100m.
L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Heraklion et sa région et est pratique pour se rendre rapidement à l'aéroport....

"Fint hotel, i pæn stand. Stor p-kælder under, men smalle gader op til. Større supermarked lige ved indgangen og isbutik overfor. Der er også en lækker steak restaurant i bygningen. Morgenmaden var udemærket, med lidt af hvert og variation hver dag.
Vi blev vækket 5 gange af brandalarm om nat og morgen… det var ikke tilfredstillende og hotellpersonalet gjorde ikke noget ud af det. De fik det slukket, men vidste ikke engang at alarmen gik. Ikke særlig trygt og svært at sove igen bagefter. Af den...

Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well. "The location and facilities are fantastic. The view and sunset is breathtaking, the pools and sunbeds are nice and not overly crowded and the beautiful flowers and trees all over.
We stayed the first week in a 2BR villa with 3 adults and two children. It was nice and spacious with lots of privacy as the rooms were in opposite ends of the villa. We had the most lovely cleaning lady Mirela who met us with the biggest smile every day. The next week we stayed in an Island suite with a jacuzzi and sea view. Also a very nice room.
The service on the hotel overall is not 5 stars which is such a pity. The reception is strict and not accommodating, and the hotel is clearly understaffed in the buffet, beach bar etc. constantly running out of stuff (ice creme, drinks etc), and the ala cart often also is out of stuff. I also dislike that there are no cocktails included in the AI (pina colada, mojito) - paying customers get nice glasses and AI get plastic cups all day. I really wish the hotel would staff up and stop all the unnecessary restrictions. The staff is clearly under too much pressure, which makes the guests unhappy and so it continues. The main buffet also needs more food and stuff, if you are not there when they open half of the stuff will be out (meats, desserts etc). A few people standout though: George and Minela in the Pool bar, Nick in the Payot, Jaruz in breakfast coffee, Abdul in the pancake stand, and Dora in the reception. "
"Everything was absolutely fantastic during our stay of 9 nights. The staff were very serviceminded, smiling and professional. The resort was very clean, the pools kept in mint condition and the surroundsings green and blooming.
Expecially the food at Rodies was very nice and had plenty to choose from on the menu.
The free shuttle service to the lovely beach club was a nice supplement to the whole experience.
I give my highest recommendation to families, couples or singles who are looking for a special treat.

Vi booked a superior room with seaview. But you could not see the sea from the room, but if you went out on the balcony og look to the right, then you could ser the sea.
I was told that this was the correct room.
In that case - the seaview - I would say is oversold.
However we got another room the next day, with correct seaview. The balcony here was very very small. All in all a good stay.
