"The room was always missing amenities, and the housekeeping staff is af bunch of unprofessionals. I paid for a suite at a four star hotel, and had to keep accounts of what was missing in the room and what was not. I have for three days in a row, multiple times a day contacted the reception regarding the missing amenities and a room that need cleaning. I even went to speak with the hotel management, that assured me that I would be contacted by mail by the General Manager, who would treat my...

"We arrived at 3 am and we were traveling with kids. We called twice to make sure the rooms would be ready with ekstra beds for the kids. But nothing was ready and we had to wait an hour before the beds were ready. The service in the reception wasnt good. The guys at the restaurant and at the pool were nice and friendly. The rooms smelled of humidity. I Think it was from the AC"
