Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Indoor Pool: Open from Labor Day through the 2nd week of June (closed during the summer when the outdoor pool is open).
• Outdoor Pool, Splash Pad & Lake Swimming: Open from the 2nd week of June through Labor Day weekend.
• Boat Rentals: Open from the 2nd week of June through October 15th.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).

Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8 per day per person
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10 per day per person
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week per person
Holiday week: $50 per week per person

This 2,340 sq. ft. retreat offers four spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
For family moments, our 'Swing Room' features a cozy swing and a charming coffee bar - perfect for sipping your morning brew or enjoying a good book while taking in the fresh forest scenery.

Entertainment:
Enjoy movie nights in our theater-themed movie room with an 86" TV and ample seating.
We have an array of games for family fun, including an Infinity Game Table with over 40 games built in.
The garage has been transformed into an arcade and game room with Air Hockey, Ping-Pong, with both classic and modern arcade games.

Cozy Bedrooms:
Our bedrooms offer inviting spaces to rest.

The 'Green Suite' features a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The 'Boat Room' has a full-sized bed.
The 'Mountain Room' has a charming bunk bed and a work desk.
The 'Double Room' offers two full beds.

Outdoor Pleasures:
Dining & BBQ: Our outdoor dining area is perfect for year-round cookouts. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a meal surrounded by snowy woodland scenery and fresh mountain air. Propane is provided!

Outdoor Firepit:
As the sun sets, gather around the firepit under string lights with blankets, warm drinks, and the quiet beauty of winter all around.

The Larsen Dam Experience:
Stroll down the stone path to the Larsen Dam Experience, where the swing overlooks the peaceful snow-covered waterfall area—perfect for morning coffee, photos, or quiet reflection.

From the back deck of the house, you can both see and hear the sound of the waterfall, enhancing the sense of tranquility throughout your stay.

Community Registration Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee may apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

*Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance—additional fees may apply.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles.

NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway.
