"We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment. Klaus Room: • The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival. Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place. • The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard. • Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable. Restaurant (Dinner): • Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation. • Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more. • The candle on our table was not lit. • The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets. • We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served. • Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional. Summary: Unfortunately disappointing"

"personalet var ok, morgenmaden var fin. Værelset var elendigt, allerede da vi kommer ind på gangen er der en lugt af gammel surt gulvtæppe, da vi åbner døren til værelset er der hed varmt, og lugten af endnu værre. Da vi ser ud på badeværelset er der noget der ligner skimmelsvamp omkring badekarret. Afløbet i badekarret var klamt og ulækkert. Aircondition larmede voldsomt og der var meget larm fra gaderne"
