Welcome to holiday flat 3 with the Schneider family - bright, quiet and comfortable. Our approx. 55 m² flat on the 1st floor is located in the Rauschwalde/Südstadt district - quiet, but close to the city centre. It is ideal for single travellers, couples or business travellers who value comfort and a good location. You can reach the old town centre in around 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities and the nearest bus stop are just a five-minute walk away.

The furnishings are practical and cosy. A bedroom with a double bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the living room invites you to relax on the sofa and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped - with cooker, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need for everyday life. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The flat is pet-free and non-smoking - with one exception: smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Terrace, service and extras - just as you would wish for. The partially covered terrace with garden furniture offers a beautiful view of the greenery - ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet evening. The beds are freshly made on arrival, bed linen and one towel per person are included. Washing-up liquid, bin liners, tea towels and toilet paper are provided to get you started. Additional linen can be ordered for a fee if required.
Mobility & bicycle information - please note. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. If you want to park safely, you can book a parking space on the fenced-in property. There is a weather-protected parking area for bicycles. For space and safety reasons, no e-bikes, tandems or recumbent bikes can be accommodated. Charging e-vehicles is not permitted on the premises. Please register your bikes in advance or at the latest before arrival.

As a film city, Görlitz has been the backdrop for international productions such as The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Reader.
