"The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable."

"The staff is extremely nice!! The room cleanliness was flawless!! Only thing I'd say that could improve are things that'll change with upcoming renovations...paint touch ups, roll-away bed was older than expected. Room was cleaned after first night, which is rare in this day and age. I'd stay again for sure."

"Carpets we dirty with visible food in room hallways. Trash cans always had food that could be smelled. Spoiled towels in hallways always visible. Gym never had towels. AC in rooms cut off at night with no motion and easy to sweat while sleeping. Staff needs a lot of training. Visit was still pleasant."

"I was recommended this place by family, it was definitely a nice comfortable place to stay in the area. Just a few cons… The WiFi did not log on with room number, I was getting my kids to sleep so I asked n in the morning. They said they changed the WiFi, so they gave me an access code. My thing is, why did no one think to give this when we checked in? If that was the case. They think only certain ppl want the WiFi? Secondly, you have to pay for everything at the bistro for breakfast. It’s...

"Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,"

"Very small basic room. Nice and well kept. Just a very basic room. For example hooks on the wall rather than a closet. Shower was very nice. Regular, run of the mill hotel breakfast. Great for a quick stop, but would not want to stay more than a night."
