"We checked in and I was dissatisfied with the room because of the traffic noise below our windows. Management upgraded us to an Executive room for no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was awesome plus it came with an egg and omelette station. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us, we definitely recommend staying here."

Even though we stayed during off season and there were not many people staying at the lodge, all services were available for us. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and the wait staff is second to none. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was exceptionally loud. We definitely recommend staying here."

"Even a few days after flooding as the Orange River rose and flooded their lawns - the BnB was immaculate. Great service - friendly staff - rooms had a lot of creature comforts. Will certainly consider them as a future stay in Upington. Breakfast were awesome."

"Convenient property. Get an upstairs room if possible since you can hear people walking upstairs and talking. Price is reasonable so it gets 5 stars overall. Stayed here many years ago when they first opened. No breakfast due to COVID changes. Good wifi internet. Stairs are somewhat steep so not good if you have any disabilities."
