"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday.
The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries."

They always checked with me to make sure that all was in order and helped me get transportation information.
The manager drove me from Bandung to Bogor (he was going there) and made sure he provided the new hotel with my onward transportation needs.

Der er grundig kontrol med, at det kun er gæster og disses lokale kontakter, der kommer ind på hotellet. There are lights, but could find the switch, thus I do not know how to switch them on. The room booked was for for 4 pax but they only provided 2 key cards, what a disappointment, imagine all 4 of us has to go out separately, how to manage??? There was nobody in charge at the villa, we could only contact them by phone. However, respond was not good. The staff often said phone reception was bad and couldn't hear us.
