"Great but varied service by staff. I was not allowed an early check in, although others that arrived later than me were. Next the women of the morning shift saud no to an hour later check out next day, the young men at the evening staff had no problems allowing me that one hour extension. "

"Parking is the only thing that could be improved, everything else is by far the experience from a 5 star hotel in a world class city. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great location and the restaurants on site are some of my favourite. The rocky road is a fine touch that every guest can enjoy! "

"Wonderful view. Top quality hotel. Some room for improvement. Minimum spend in Rooftop bar is really bad. Why do you offend your own customers ? Only valet parking and no self service parking is too bad. Competitors are doing better. Will come back from Europe next year."
