This brand-new home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite, and a second bathroom to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The open-plan kitchen and living areas are designed for relaxation and connection, with the kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the essentials to make your stay stress-free.
Whether you`re streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV, catching up on work using the fast Wi-Fi, or enjoying quality family time, Seaberry has you covered. The property is ideal for families, with thoughtful touches for children and a fully fenced yard to welcome your dog.
Located a short distance from the maginificent Goolwa surf beach, Seaberry also places you near some of the best eateries and attractions in the area. Please note that all bed linen and towels are included but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Up to two dogs are allowed on holiday with you but a $75 pet fee will apply.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No parties or events. Fines will apply for non compliance.
Sorry this property is not suitable for young children under 10 yrs of age.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
