"Host was friendly . House was clean ."

"The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”."

"Everything was great"

"Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. "

"Great location, close to everything"

"Host was responsive and welcoming! "

"Beautiful property! Had to get check-in info by calling the host instead if from app, but he was very courteous and helpful. Would stay again"

"Great"

"Could have been somewhat cleaner"

"I had an excellent stay at this property. The home looked exactly like the photos in the listing—beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the host communicated promptly and clearly from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations.I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Baton Rouge, and I highly...

"Our employees stayed here while working in the area. The hosts are wonderful! The home is very clean and well taken care of. It’s in a great location. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future."

"Great location, close to everything. 10 mins to dog park, walking trails, groceries, restaurants, shopping, and campus!"

"Overall it was a really nice place on the inside. I traveled with 3 adults and 2 children and this fit our needs perfectly. The first suggestion that I would make is to put some grab rails in the bathrooms. The tub was very slippery after taking a shower and I almost fell twice. My grandmother who is 78 traveled with us and almost slipped as well.I also loved the sitting area outside, but the grass was very thick and high. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to enjoy the patio for that...

"This is a really great property! We stayed for several nights and were very impressed with the location, the amenities, and most of all the cleanliness. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, dinnerware and the basic spices. Beds and furniture were super comfy! The host stayed in touch to ensure everything went smoothly. Great value for our VRBO dollar!"

"Felt safe thanks to visible security measures like CCTV around the property. Definitely adds peace of mind during your stay."
