"The room was fine, nothing fancy but serviceable. It was a little expensive compared to some of the other locations but I was tired and just wanted to get off the road. Standard issue Waffle Breakfast which isn't a bad thing at all. Nice and quiet."

So when we awoke the next morning and went to check out, I ask for some type of discount for having no working TV and they claimed an employee had marked the issue as solved and she claimed I'd have to get my refund from Expedia, which is who I made the booking room. I just accepted it but they should have been able to give me a discount, they're in the hospitality...
