The main area is open concept through the kitchen, dining and living space featuring an electric fireplace. The large outdoor deck offers a private hot tub, propane barbecue and a place to store your gear. The prime location allows you to literally ski or bike right to the deck. One room in this condo has a queen bed, and the other has the option of a king bed or two XL twin beds. Underground heated garage for one vehicle with storage locker.

The Aspens subdivision is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Its prime location makes trails at the resort easily accessible, whether biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. It is 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Sky Bridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.
