THE MAIN ROOM

Living, dining and the kitchen run along one wall of glass with the ocean in front of them. The doors open to the water rather than to a light well, so the room stays bright through the day without anyone drawing a blind. The dining table sits inside the same run, which keeps whoever is cooking in the conversation.



THE ROOFTOP TERRACE

The terrace above the residence is yours alone rather than shared with the building. Open air, the ocean one way and the skyline the other. It is the part of this apartment that the rest of the block does not have.



THE BEDROOMS

Three bedrooms, six people. The main takes a king and has its own ensuite. The second takes a queen. The third has two single beds and looks to the sea through the shutters.



THE BUILDING

The building keeps a heated pool and a garden on the ground floor, shared with residents.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private residence and its private rooftop terrace.



The building also includes a shared heated pool and garden area, available for guest use in line with building rules and any posted instructions.



Aryve will provide arrival details prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Main Beach sits at the northern end of the Gold Coast strip, with the ocean on one side and the Broadwater on the other. Tedder Avenue is the local dining street, a short walk inland. The marina precinct and the Seaway are north along the Broadwater, and the sand runs south from the building towards Surfers Paradise. It is a quieter address than Surfers with the same stretch of coast.



Getting Around:

Most of Main Beach is walkable from the door, starting with the beach in front of the building. A lift runs from the car park to the apartment and there is parking on site. The light rail runs along the Gold Coast Highway for Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Gold Coast Airport is south along the M1.



Other Things to Note:

Sea Below, Sun Above is professionally managed by Aryve, with a focus on presentation, guest experience and respectful use of the residence.



This is a private beachfront residence within a residential building, best suited to guests seeking a calm, premium coastal stay.



Parties, events, excessive noise and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.



Guests are asked to respect the residence, rooftop terrace, neighbours and shared building areas at all times.



Any shared amenities, including the heated pool and garden area, must be used in line with building rules and any posted instructions.



The private rooftop terrace is a key feature of the residence and should be enjoyed respectfully, particularly during evening hours.



The residence is fitted with Minut noise monitoring, which measures sound level only and does not record conversations. There are no cameras inside the home.



Interaction with Guests:

Most holiday homes are managed from another city, through an app. This one is not.



Aryve is a Gold Coast team and this residence is managed directly, not passed to an agency or a call centre. You will know exactly how you are getting in before you travel. Where it suits, one of us meets you at the door and hands you the keys; where a self check-in works better for your arrival time, the code and a walkthrough come to you in advance. Either way, where to park, which entrance and which door are already in writing.



The home is turned over to a hotel standard between every stay. If something is not right, you message one number, and the person who answers is the person who can fix it.



Available when you need us. Absent when you do not. That balance is the job.
