    . Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed with premium linens and a private ensuite bathroom (shower and bathtub).
    . Bedroom 2: Includes 1 Double Bed with walk-in shower bathroom
    . Bedroom 3: Includes 2 Single Beds with walk-in shower bathroom
    . A single folding bed is available for the 7th guest. Use of this bed incurs an additional charge of $50 AUD per night.

    Important Considerations (Please Read)
    One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.

    . This is a multi-level apartment with internal steps between areas and bedrooms. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
    Key Collection
    . Self check-in is via an off-site key collection point located approximately 600 metres from the building. Guests must collect keys before arriving at the apartment.

    Noise
    . Due to the central location and contruction site nearby, some level of environmental noise may be present.

    Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
    . As the apartment is regularly used, some areas may show minor signs of wear but remain fully functional
    . Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
