• No parties or events — strictly prohibited to ensure guest safety and respect for other residents. Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation and may be reported to Airbnb.

• No smoking, vaping or illegal drug use is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

• Tampering with noise monitoring devices or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, one secure car space and access to all listed resort facilities.

• Valid photo ID (front and back) and self matching the Valid ID required at booking to confirm your reservation

🚭 Smoking & Illegal Substances

• No smoking, vaping or illegal drug use permitted indoors or outdoors. Requirement under the bylaws of the Building. $1000.00 Fine

Quiet hours are strictly between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a respectful level during these hours.

👥 Registered Guests Only

• Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight
• Visitors require prior approval

🏠 Respect the Property

• Please treat the property with care and report any accidental damage promptly
• Please notify us during your stay of any maintenance or cleanliness concerns so we have the opportunity to assist
• Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required beyond standard turnover preparation.

⚖️ Illegal Activities

• Absolutely no unlawful activities permitted on the property

• Lost keys or garage remotes incur a $250.00 replacement fee

🍖 BBQ & Checkout Expectations

• Building BBQ must be left clean and tidy after use
• Please place only general rubbish in bin chute before departure
• Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before check-out
• Return moved furniture to its original position
• Switch off lights, air conditioning and small appliances before departure

📷 Security & Noise Monitoring

• Outdoor security camera installed around the building
• Indoor noise monitoring device installed for noise-level monitoring only (measures decibel levels only — no audio recording or voice monitoring)
