Guests have private use of the entire apartment throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas and private balcony.



Guests also have access to Beach Haven’s shared resort facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, gym, steam room, tennis courts, BBQ areas and landscaped common areas, subject to building rules, availability and operating hours.



Secure undercover parking for one vehicle is included with your stay.

HAVEN is a privately owned apartment located within the Beach Haven building and is independently managed by TheGuestHouse Accommodation Management.



The apartment is not operated by Beach Haven’s on-site accommodation management or reception. All booking enquiries, guest communication, check-in assistance and accommodation-related requests are handled directly by TheGuestHouse.



Beach Haven’s pools, gym, spa, steam room, tennis courts, BBQ areas and other common facilities are shared with other guests and residents. Access is subject to building rules, operating hours, maintenance requirements and occasional closures outside of our control.



Secure undercover parking for one vehicle is included. Please follow the parking and building access instructions provided prior to arrival.



Please ensure the number of guests included on your reservation is correct. Overnight guest numbers must not exceed the number confirmed on the booking.



Parties & Events: Strictly no parties, events, weddings or large gatherings.



Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am and be respectful of neighbouring guests and permanent residents.



Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property.



Building Facilities: All shared Beach Haven facilities must be used respectfully and in accordance with building rules and operating hours.



Children: Children must be appropriately supervised at all times, particularly around balconies, swimming pools and other shared facilities.



Guest Verification: Guests may be required to complete our pre-arrival check-in and verification process before access information is released.



Internet: Please note that Wi-Fi is not provided at this property.
