CHECK-IN

In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival (The check-in form will be sent automatically by our system 7 days before your check-in date).

🕑 Check-in is from 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Keys must be collected from our designated area in Broadbeach (address provided after booking confirmation).

💬 Early/late check-in available with extra charges — please contact host.

EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT

🕙 Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

To check out, simply return the keys to the designated point inside the apartment.

⚠️ Important: Without the swipe card, you can only access the Main Lobby (Level 1).

If you parked onsite via the Yellow Entrance, use hotel lifts (Dorset Hotel Gold Lift) to return to the carpark.

⛔ No late check-out – $50 per 15 mins after 10:00 AM.

KEY LOSS / LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE

• Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee per set.

• Please always carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment.

• If you're locked out:

o $80 will be charged for host assistance between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

o An additional $120 applies outside these hours (Total $200)

o If the host is unavailable, you may contact a locksmith at your own expense.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

• ❌ No baggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out due to security reasons.

• 🚭 No smoking — $150 fine for any evidence.

• 🐾 No pets — $150 fine for any evidence.

• 🎉 No parties or events — $500 fine for any evidence.

• 🚫 No Schoolies bookings allowed.

CLEANING & DEPARTURE

🧼 Exit clean only included.

Please leave the unit in a neat and tidy condition, as it was upon check-in.

A dishwasher is provided for your convenience, pease load and start a wash cycle before departure.

Kindly dispose of all rubbish and leave the apartment in a generally clean and tidy condition.

A $100 excess cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required.

Interaction with Guests:

SELF CHECK-IN:

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM. The key will be placed in a secure key safe at a nearby location for you to collect at your convenience. Full details will be provided 5 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that early check-in requests may incur an additional fee — feel free to contact your host for more information.



SELF CHECK-OUT:

Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we kindly ask all guests to follow this timing to help us prepare for the next arrival. If you're leaving via public transportation, simply place the keys in the “Key Return” (Bamboo Box) inside the unit before you go.For guests who have parked in the on-site carpark, please remember that you’ll need the remote to exit. After moving your vehicle to street parking, kindly return all keys and the remote back to the unit as the final step of check-out.



NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
