House Rules Welcome to Your Beachfront Bliss 2BR Broadbeach! We’re delighted to host you and want to ensure your stay is both enjoyable and seamless. Please take a moment to review the important information and house rules below. By booking and staying, you agree to these terms.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Important Information ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>For reservations made within 3 days of arrival, we require guests to provide a selfie while holding the credit card used for the booking as an added security measure. This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance. >>If more than 4 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Any damage or extra cleaning will apply further charges. >>Pets (where allowed) require prior approval: $37 per pet, per night (max 2 pets). >>No pets on furniture, no excessive barking/shedding >> We need to know the breed, age and size of the pets, and the type of pet. Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. The unit itself was in good condition and was in a nice enough location, however the building was old, dirty and not well maintained. Taking this into consideration, it was very overpriced compared to what was available nearby.

Fantastic location at Broadbeach
Fantastic location at Broadbeach close to all the main amenities and for a bonus cross the road from the beach and beautiful parks and the win-win was being able to take our pets

Property was great, location excellent. Five minute walk to beaches, shops, supermarkets etc. Despite the reviews parking was a minor issue, and we had two cars, one a Ford territory.Staff at Stayz were not very helpful and had inadequate and abrupt responses to our questions.

Great Location
The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, will definitely stay again. The location was amazing and we didnt have to use our car because we were so close to everything. Our precious pooch was also welcome and enjoyed his stay with daily beach swims just over the road. Highly recommend! A

The apartment had a lovely layout and the decor was lovely. Loved the lounge are and enclosed outdoor balcony with a lovely view. Wish we could have stayed longer

Good, but could be better.
Finding the accomodation was difficult as the wording regarding how to get there was unclear. The unit itself was clean and relatively spacious. One final thing to note is the electronic lock on the door to the apartment is hard to operate and we were locked out a couple of times despite knowing the code.

Central location, comfortable apartment, old building
Despite being a beautifully renovated apartment and very centrally located to the Oasis precinct, Pacific Fair, and across the road from the beach, what lets this apartment down is the age of the building. The lift is poorly maintained and a bit of steel was protruding which cut my daughter. The car park height is actually only 1.7m, not 1.95m as advertised so if your car does not fit under 1.7, you will struggle to find street parking in the 3P and 4P zone and will have to move your car around all day in a very busy car parking zone. Unfortunately the fabric lounge and feather down throw pillows caused some allergic reactions in my family.
Also the portable air-conditioners in the bedrooms are very noisy and we could not sleep with them at night. Luckily we stayed in April, so the nights were not that hot.
Nevertheless we still enjoyed the central location to the shops, entertainment precinct and the beach, and being able to bring our small dog on holidays was great.
