"This property is well worn and removed from the central area. You can’t walk down into town. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet and the complimentary happy hour. Dinner service was passable."

"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room. The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.” The only thing nice was the view. "

"Dejligt hotel, har boet der flere gange. "

"We had a great stay at Route Inn Hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, with many useful amenities, including a refrigerator, which was very convenient. One thing to note is that even though we had already paid for the hotel, we were asked to pay an additional Sendai accommodation tax of 300 yen per person at check-in. It would have been helpful to know about this extra fee in advance. The public bath was very nice, clean, and...

"Sendai train station, bus terminal, and shopping malls are within walking distance from the hotel. Front desk staff and parking attendants are very helpful."
