The master bedroom offers a private ensuite, smart TV, and generous wardrobe space, while the main bathroom is fitted with a soaking bath. Meals and conversation come easily around the BBQ and outdoor entertaining area, making the home well suited to a staycation, girls' weekend, or couples' getaway.

The Whitehaus is set in the residential suburb of Gobbagombalin, an 8 minute drive from Wagga Wagga's CBD. The Bidgee Strawberries and Cream farm is 10 minutes away, and families can enjoy a 700m stroll to Gobbagombalin Farmyard Park. Coffee options include Stellar Star Food and Espresso Bar (5 mins), Hadley's Cafe (6 mins), and Mr Lawrence (9 mins), while Magpies Nest Restaurant (3 mins) serves modern Australian dishes. Charles Sturt Winery (7 mins) offers wine tasting, and Foodworks Estella is a 5 minute drive away.

Cameras: Please be advised that the property features one external security camera, located on the driveway side corner of the house. This has been fitted around the property exterior.



Stairs: There are 2 stairs into the home, 2 steps into the garage, and 2 steps into the living area.



Portacot: A portacot is available on request. Guests are asked to assemble it themselves and to bring their own cot linen.
