"The room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the small breakfast buffet was nice. But if you are not polish, please be aware that they don't speak, or understand a single word of English, or any other languages apart from polish. "Great hotel near the national park Owl Mountains (Góra Sowie). Food is good (but a la carte is a bit slow). Spa treatments are done in an unique atmosphere and prices are fair. Nice bio pool without chlor. Rooms are comfortable -in the summer time, go for a deluxe room (not 2nd floor) with air conditioning if possible but observe that these require extra walking from the rooms in a separate building to the restaurant compared to the main building with standard rooms. "

"Bereits zum dritten Mal waren wir in diesem Hotel zu Gast (Familienbesuch). Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind: die Lage zum Rynek, Kaffee/Tee/Wasser den ganzen Tag zur freien Verfügung, Sauberkeit. Leider war unsere Matratze sehr durchgelegen, hier wäre ein Austausch und eine Kontrolle nach einer gewissen Zeit wünschenswert. Zusammenfassend ein sehr schönes Hotel mit mehr Vorzügen als Mängeln."
