Enjoy the sunsets and a magnificent panoramic sea view over the Flensburg outer fjord to Denmark from the beach chair on the spacious roof terrace.
The upscale semi-detached house is approx. 100 m² in size and furnished with elegant designer furniture with great attention to detail to stylishly convey the theme of the sea.
The living area is light-flooded and open-plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the sea.
In winter, underfloor heating and a modern smoke-free water vapour fireplace provide Scandinavian cosiness.
An additional workspace allows you to work from home.
The bright kitchen with integrated dining area is equipped with the latest brand-name appliances.
A staircase leads to the two bedrooms, the infrared sauna and the modern bathroom in the basement, which has a walk-in shower with rain shower head.
A parking space also belongs to the house, as well as a lockable bicycle shed.

Outside of the school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, renovation work is currently being carried out on the sewer system in the surrounding streets. We cannot rule out the possibility that these may cause noise pollution. Prices are reduced accordingly.
