Check in: This property is a self-check-in property. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, however we may be able to accommodate earlier times upon request. For check in there is a coded key safe you can use to let yourselves in.

We supply everything you need; bedding, towels and Wi-Fi! The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits for when you arrive!

• ID Verification – After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a quick identity verification (photo ID + selfie). All data is handled securely and used solely for verification purposes.
• Terms and Conditions - To be signed electronically
• Security Deposit / Damage Waiver – Guests may choose between:

– A refundable £350 security deposit (A hold is placed on your card and released within 7 days post check-out, subject to no damages), or
– A non-refundable damage waiver, covering accidental damage up to a specified amount.
