"First time in Taiwan, the hotel was amazing"

"Ok"

"Do NOT stay here. It's a "love hotel" with activities related directly to the "karaoke bar" located three floors below. The pictures also do not reflect the true standard of the hotel."

"The property had clearly had a recent renovation. On the surface it was good. Beds comfortable etc. However there was a lot of exposed electrical wiring just inside the closet and cubboards and a lack of charging outlets. Furthermore, while it was lovely that the hotel provided us with a free breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door... it had to have been one of hte worst breakfast buffets i've ever experienced. Cold food, no meat options, no fresh coffee etc. I rarely get anything for...

"The staffs were very friendly & helpful. The room was kind of clean but the wall had some scratches and marks on it. The breakfast was good but mainly for vegetarians. No eggs and you can hardly find a piece of ham or meat. Shout be a great hotel if under professional renovations. Thanks !"

"This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan. I would recommend and would stay again in the future."

"The staff was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately after my first night there I noticed bed bug bites. I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem."
