"I stay here already 4 time. Great hotel great service, great price very clean and good breakfast with huge elections of food. There’s also a restaurant until 10pm and food store near. Quite close to the airport 4 minutes drive. Very comfortable, definitely recommend! "

Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away.
We had a fabulous stay!

"Another good stay in this functional but comfortable hotel. Initial room I was offered was dark and rather gloomy but staff at reception were able to accommodate a move to a better-lit room. Room was clean, spacious and beds comfy. Staff friendly as ever."

"I had a small apartment with double bed, bath and a small kitchen with fridge. The fridge was not in super good condition, but it worked.
The room itself, the view and service were very good and nice as usual. i have used it a lot for business trips and I am always happy to come back"

"Very good location and comfortable room for a couple. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. I have only 2 critics: it was said that we should get a complimentary bottle of water that was not in the room (but I didn't ask for it either, so maybe I would have get it). Second is that the shower area would be better if there was a door (the glass separates it from the sink only). It is a minor detail but it requires you to dry a bit the floor after showering.
Overall, great experience!"

Spa arena was a good, the jacuzzi a little to small. With 3 people it felt crowded. But all in all, the area never had to many people at the same time, so i wasn’t really an issue that often. "
"Sengen var utrolig hård og kun en Queen size seng. Nu har vi utrolig meget inde i centrum og der va ca 5km hvergang. Og i en storby tar det nemt 20-30min"

"When we checked in, we didn’t get any information about where the breakfast area was and about the timing of the breakfast (we figured it out on our own that it was mentioned in the cardholder). Our check in did not felt welcoming at all. Service during breakfast around 9:45-10:30 was almost non existent compared to breakfast earlier in the morning from 08 to 9:30. So we rescheduled our breakfast time in order to get the feeling of service that are 5 star worthy. Last but not least, we were asked to wait in line for a table, and another couple came in after us and joined the queue. They got a table before we did, when we were first in line… not ok!
When we asked the reception about sightseeing she just mentioned all the classic sightseeing, where we would expect she could mention something out of the regular.. When we asked again and again for other things to see in the city, the receptionist almost seemed like she got irritated. Since it’s a 5 star hotel, we expected a little bit more than just the bare minimum. "
