"We were a party of 4 stayed 4 nights. One towel per person. One face towel and a roll and a half of toilet paper for 4 days. No shampoo, no conditioner. We told them and they didn’t bring us anything. The big issue was the plumbing. There was no cold water coming out of the facets in the bathroom. We had to carry pots of cold water up the stairs from the kitchen so we could have a bath. There is virtually no cell phone service. One bar on the cell phones kept dropping calls. We do a lot of...

"We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was nice, clean, and spacious enough for all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) while we visited Edinburgh. Check-in was a little tricky because we weren't getting messages through the app or by logging into the website (so we had no idea how to get into the property itself until the last minute). We ended up reaching out to customer support. But that was probably a tech issue on our end? We definitely recommend this property."
