"The location of the house cannot be beat as it is just a few minutes walk to the town. All 5 bedrooms are en-suite with 2 more bathrooms as well. The clothes washing machine/dryer combination unit, while not the same as a typical US setup, proved adequate. Due to the length of our stay (16 days) the owner arranged for a housekeeper visit and the place looked like new again afterwards.There is a bit of street noise, however for us that was easily overlooked in favor of the homes...

"The cottage is lovely and very much as described, it it is actually bigger inside than it looks on the photos mainly I think due to the double height of the lounge but whatever it is a roomy enough place for a family. It was very clean. The main bed and sofas could be more comfortable and maybe those and linens are getting a little tired and yes it would be nice if there was a dishwasher and washer/dryer but the vibe here is rustic, relaxed, back in time and for that it is very well placed as is...

"This is a great house in a great location. Very quiet but so close to restaurants, and the center of the city. Within walking distance of the national park. The house was stocked with so many amenities. Plenty of room for a crowd. The washer and dryer were great. The fridge was stocked and lots of snacks left for us. Highly recommend this house. "

Bernard was so communicative and available for questions through Whatsapp, and provided us with numerous tips for making the most of our time in Ireland. The flat itself was an easy 15 minutes or so walk from the main shops in Killarney, so we were close enough to walk to town without the loudness that comes with it. There was also an Aldi and pharmacy a quick skip away. Street parking was easy right out front. The unit was well stocked...
