No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out may incur an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you would like to request either option.
Sofa Bed: If you need the sofa bed made up for your stay, please let us know in advance. It is automatically prepared for bookings with 3 guests.
Building Access: The flat is located on the top floor of a traditional three-story tenement building with no elevator.
Parking: On-street parking is available for an additional fee. You can pay at the meter using cash (make sure to have coins) or via the RingGo app (UK phone number required). Charges apply Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with free parking on Sundays. Alternatively, visit the YourParkingSpace website for nearby parking options. We strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for you and our neighbours. Please follow these simple rules to ensure everyone’s peace and comfort:

No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have a strict no parties or events policy.
Noise & Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 9 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or loud music that disturbs the neighbours is not permitted.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 2 people. If the maximum is exceeded, a fee of £40 per extra person per night will apply. In addition, a £200 penalty fee will be charged.
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. If smoking occurs inside, a £250 cleaning fee will be charged.
Do Not Move Furniture: Please do not move the furniture to avoid any damage.
Respect the Property & Neighbours: We request that you treat the property with care and respect, and always consider the comfort of our neighbours.
