Located just a short 5-minute walk from Dumbreck train station, our property is located in the Southside of Glasgow. A quick 8-10 minute train ride will transport you to the city centre of Glasgow.

The property is situated in a quiet residential street in a sought after leafy and affluent suburb of Pollokshields. It is ideal for those looking for a peaceful trip which is not too far from the city centre. The property has a good range of transport links - less than 5 minutes to motorway links, 7 minutes walk to Dumbreck station, 15 minutes walk to Cessnock subway ( an all day ticket can get you easy access to all the major attraction points in the city centre as well as the West End ) There is also the nearby option of Shields road underground which offers a park and ride service if you're wishing to leave the car and go on a night out in town. If arriving into Glasgow international airport we are a 15 minute drive. There is a 24 hour Asda located less than a 10 minute drive as well as Crossmyloof Morrisons and Sainsbury's local which are a 6-7 minutes drive.
Nearby attractions include Bellahouston park, Pollok country park, Maxwell park, House of an Art Lover, Glasgow ski and snowboard centre, Burrell collection museum , Glasgow climbing centre , Rangers football club. Located just a 15 minute drive away are Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres. In addition if you are attending or having a wedding event in the beautiful famous Sherbrooke castle then this would be the ideal location for your own stay or wedding guests.
The house is a stunning traditional red sandstone upper conversion of a detached villa built circa 1910. The exterior has a private driveway with up to 3 car parking spaces.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by the stunning architectural details that define this historic building. The bright and large open-plan kitchen and lounge can seamlessly blend with the formal sitting room when the huge Crittal style doors are opened creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. We have thoughtfully provided multiple seating areas with chairs and comfortable sofas, ensuring that everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind with two television areas in separate sitting areas.

Every room exudes a sense of sophistication, boasting high ceilings, large windows adorned with curtains and blackout blinds. The living space is family friendly all set on one level. Upon entering there is a large open plan kitchen lounge area with a kitchen island. Huge Crittal style doors then connect this space to the formal living room with a dining table for up to 8 people to dine.
Bedroom 1 has a large king size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (with TV). Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Lounge area has a sofa bed which can sleep further 1 or 2 persons. Bathroom provides a high powered shower as well as tub bath. Washing machine facility is located under the staircase cupboard.

Amazing property for a wonderful event
The apartment was just as grand as the photos show. Nothing was overlooked and all very grand and opulent. The hosts have thought of everything to a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of glasses and crockery etc.
Probably not child friendly with steep stairs leading up to the property and lots of low level delicate stained glass windows and internal glass doors. Would thoroughly recommend staying here for a special occasion!

Cozy and comfortable
Stained glass windows were stunning. Large bay windows emitted so much light. 3 nice bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Nice powerful shower. Access to the train station was fabulous. Enjoyed our short stay.
