  • Relax and unwind in our spacious, modern and newly renovated, semi-detached home – right in the heart of Glasgow’s Southside.

    Located in one of Glasgow’s safest and most sought-after areas, Giffnock, there is plenty to do and see for all the family, without having to travel far.

    With a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, or 10 minutes to a train station – you can choose to explore Glasgow City Centre or stay local and enjoy the many top notch dining options in Giffnock or Shawlands.

    There are 3 spacious and quiet bedrooms with plenty of storage and cosy carpets. Two of the rooms have comfortable, king-sized beds, and the third room has 2 x single beds.

    Should you require so, there is a travel cot and a children’s highchair available for the dining room, as well as a safety gate for the top of the stairs - at no extra cost.

    The bathroom downstairs contains a lovely bath (with shower), if you would like to have a relaxing soak, and the other spacious bathroom upstairs, has a large and powerful walk-in shower.
    You’ll find fresh bath towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in both bathrooms.

    There is gas central heating throughout the house to keep things cosy and the kitchen is fully fitted, with all white goods and appliances – including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob, fan oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, teapot and cafetiere. You’ll find everything else you may need to make your stay comfortable in the kitchen cupboards - rummage away!

    In the living room, you will find a 43-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Sky TV and lots of apps to keep you entertained.

    The spacious, bright and quiet dining room can also be used as office space, for those requiring a bit of peace and quiet to work. There are children’s games and toys as well as a selection of books and puzzles in the sideboard drawers in the dining room. Plenty of fun things for a rainy Glasgow day!

    What makes this property extra special, is most definitely the vast, fully fenced and private back garden with breathtaking views over Glasgow.
    Split between an upper area of expansive decking to sit and enjoy the afternoon sunshine, or a glass of wine in the evening – there is also a lower level of recently re-turfed grass, for little ones or pets to enjoy.

    There is a multiple car, private driveway, allowing up to 4 vehicles to park safely, free of charge.

    House observations
    As this is a residential area and we value our relationship with our neighbours, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 7am. (This is also dictated by local council regulations.)

    We welcome all house-trained pets and kindly ask that you “poop scoop” any mess in the garden before leaving.

    We’re all for having a good time, however, we kindly request that there are strictly no parties or noisy gatherings at night. We also ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside and please dispose of any cigarette butts.

    Considering the current economic situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully and ensure that all appliances and switches are off, when you are not in the property.

    Please turn the heating down when you go to bed, or leave the property and ensure all windows and doors are locked 👍🏻

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
