Villa Giuncalia D is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Giuncalia D you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Giuncalia D is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.8 km (1.1 miles) from Giungano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Paestum beach) at 11 km (roughly 6.8 miles).
Villa Giuncalia D is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Giuncalia D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo, a swing, an hammock and an external shower. This area is also equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the mountains and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October, from 8 am to 7.30 pm.

Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees and by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with small sofas, armchairs and benches, as well as with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the mountains and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Dining Room (Common Room)
You will be able to enter the dining room through an external access. The floor is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The five dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. In the dining room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two small high windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The dining room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace
The terrace is 16 square meters (172 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a gazebo. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the kitchen you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing a wooden staircase with 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The mezzanine has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
