The apartment is on the fourth floor of a nice high quality and homely building. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a complete spacious bathroom. The master bedroom has french doors leading to a nice balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped, has a table for 4 people and an exit on to a outdoor laundry area whit enough space to store bikes and dry clothes. The living room is very bright and has a big dining table for 6. The sofa is large and comfortable and right next to another balcony exit. There is fast Wi-Fi available.
Notes:
The apartment is located in the centre of the historic district, where access by car is difficult and parking is not possible. You are not able to get to the front of the apartment with a car if you are not a resident with a license. There are parking options, paid and free, about a five minutes’ walk away.The apartment is on the fourth floor of a historic building with a lift.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
