"OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx"

"Second stay here and i loved it. nice room comfy bed, dressing gowns.tv with streaming services. Staff were lovely on check in at the bar and for room service. had a couple.of drinks at happy hour and some lovely oysters. Nice dinner from room service "

"Large room with 2 queen beds, spacious bathroom and good amenities. Breakfast was a really good buffet. The car parking was free (Expedia perk, otherwise $15/night) and the car park was spacious and easy to navigate."

"Our stay at East Hotel was excellent as always. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. Parking was very convenient, especially with the on-site EV chargers.
A special mention to Todd, who went above and beyond to accommodate our request even though I had mistakenly booked a different room type. Room service from Agostino’s was impressively fast, and every reception staff member we interacted with was respectful, friendly, and genuinely...
