"The room was cold, but with help from the towel drying rack we managed to get the heat up to something acceptable. I did have all we needed for our stay though, and most importantly warm water for the showers. I don't know if the staff in the reception had a bad day, but they weren't really friendley when we arrived, however more friendly on departure day. The location of the apartment is as central as can be, which makes it easy to explore the central part of the city on foot. "

Only thing I can complain on was that I was writ some day beford we come and ask for a speciel turistcard to public transport and when we come they dont have them. And the hotel say they will check it up, it is only 5 hotels there have this tourstcard. I would like to stay here again."
