"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend.

However, if you're looking for comfort, this might not be the ideal place: First of all, due to the construction of the old buildings in the medina, the rooms do not have windows that open onto the street but instead to the inside court of the riad.
