"The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money."

And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. "Property was average & not worth the money at all. I feel cheated by expedia. Amenities were average and staff not at all professional & unfriendly. Food quality was average . Washroom was stinking and room cleanliness was below average."

Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee. Staff - some were really helpful and others were not. Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several...

"Terrible experience, was denied booking. Fraud. Everything was used sheets, pillow, blanket. No cleanliness. Avoid booking here else you’ll regret it."

"Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. "

"Pathetic property ever visited such a unclean unhygienic property."

"I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
