Next night we stayed in a much smaller (and cheaper listed ) room with an Air-conditioning that barely was working (27°c probably). On checkout we asked to get back the difference in price for the last nights room, but got a no as an answer. Not acceptable."

"Justice, Peter, Precious and Lawrence are outstanding and go way out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The income from this resort goes to support the local orphanage and the resort has donated water storage systems to many of the local villages. The team is reopening the property after it having been closed for some time and dealing with the challenges as they present.
