It is a newly renovated chalet that sits on a 1 acre lot, nestled in the woods of WV - ready for your getaway!



Our loft style chalet is ready for your getaway - large living area with a wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy, king master bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms on the main level (both with queen bunk beds), fully stocked kitchen and dining area - perfect for gathering to share a meal or a fun family game night. Did we mention, we provide the games?



Step outside to the large deck to grill or relax in the hot tub. Enjoy the outdoors in the spacious yard, a stream just steps from the house and a treasure box full of fun outdoor activities!



The chalet includes:

- Large living area with wood-burning fireplace

- 1 King Bedroom (Loft), 2 Queen Bunk Beds (Bedrooms 1 and 2 Queen over Queen Bunk Beds)

- 1 Full Bath

- Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home

- Baseboard heat and window AC units

- Smart TV where you can quickly sign into your favorite streaming service

- Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls

We often take our three little kids and dog to the chalet with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly.



Note: Currently, we have indoor dining seating for 4 and outdoor dining seating for 4.



Beyond the chalet itself, we’re a short drive away from three main destinations in West Virginia:

- Berkeley Springs (with great shops and restaurants): We always enjoy the local beers at Berkeley Springs Brewing Company. It wouldn’t be a trip to Berkeley Springs without stopping by the Farmers Market on Sundays to gather some local favorites.

Harpers Ferry (for river rafting and Civil War history): Check out River Riders for all your rafting needs and our family always enjoys exploring and learning the history of this place.

Winchester (the closest of the three, with tons of restaurants and breweries): 50 50 Tap House is a local favorite and we always enjoy visiting the Old Town Winchester Walking Mall - you never know what you’ll find there. And of course, there are many good hiking trails nearby too!
