Studio Nivolet with WiFi: City and Lake View – Ideal for Couples with Children

Discover this non-smoking studio, ideal for couples with children. Located on the ground floor of a renovated house in the peaceful Gouttridos district, it offers a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) as well as modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and WiFi access (very weak signal). The bedroom features a double bed, a futon armchair-bed (80 cm), and a cabinet bed (75 cm). A baby bed is available upon request. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, toilet, and a drying rack for laundry.



Enjoy the tranquility of an unenclosed garden and a large shared south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. You have access to the garden and a spring water fountain, offering a pleasant setting. Gas heating is available even in summer if needed. Parking is provided, as well as storage space for skis or bicycles in the owner's garage.



You will benefit from a stunning view of the lake, located 2 km away, and the proximity of ski slopes just 1.5 km away. Bed linen is not provided and final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Rentals are available for weekends or weeks, but long stays are not accepted. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement and an extra charge applies.
