The space
Bright living room with a workspace, Kitchen, Bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: King bed, closet, wardrobe, dresser and mirror.
Bedroom 2: Double and Twin bunk bed - dresser and closet.
Living room: A comfortable sofa can fit 1 person.

Bathroom: Includes a vanity, storage, tub, rainfall shower, and heated floors.

Kitchen: Equipped with essentials, rice cooker, coffee maker, pot, pan, baking sheets and dishes, electric stove/oven and microwave.

As there's no external cooking exhaust fan, heavy cooking is not permiited.

Outdoors: A covered patio with two chairs and an outdoor table and gas grill. The backyard faces green space for you to enjoy the fall foliage or the falling snow. Take a short walk to the neighborhood beach access, for which a code will be provided to you.

We ask that guests treat the home and neighborhood with the same care and respect you would your own. To ensure a comfortable stay, note the following:

🐾 No pets are permitted at this time.

🔇 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

🔧 Please report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them.

💳 Guests may be responsible for the cost of any significant damage or extra cleaning caused during the stay.
