"Large clean room with comfortable beds and large work desk good kitchen with everything you need, small 24/7 shop in the lobby, our only negative experience was a sour girl at the front desk in the morning (13 September 2012) which did not bother to answer when the coffee machine got fixed to worked again, but since we were going to Washington DC. we bought coffee on the road. Marcus who stood at the front desk was a good experience he was always polite and smiling even though it was late at...
"We loved everything about Hotel Heron. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, including the bathroom. We especially loved the Speakeasy and the rooftop bar and view! One of my coworkers recommended we stay here and she was spot on. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. My friend called the desk to ask where the ice machine was located and was told they would bring us some ice and they did. "

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was so nice, I love that the toilet and shower were in seperate rooms. The front desk staff were always so warm and welcoming to greet us, and answer any questions we had. It’s in a great part of town. We felt very safe, and it was a short walk to the free bus shuttle, and a great Italian restaurant named Aldo’s. It’s also a short walk to the metro train station that made getting around DC super easy! "
