"選這酒店的朋友，一定要十分審慎，必須指明要訂「海景」（SEAVIEW）⋯⋯我就是一時失策，沒有訂海景房，最後我獲派的房間竟然是面對住一座幾層高的停車場。我的露台就是面對住那停車場，相隔雖然有近百呎，但感覺就像活在高樓之間的夾縫。而且露台跟停車場之間建了一個商場走道鑄鐵篷頂，連街景也沒法可看。另外，這建築物的分體冷氣摩打就放在露台，所以基本上露台就是廢氣集中點，有露台等於沒有。對這一點，我是頗為失望的。 另外，房間的清潔做得不敢恭維，桌面、櫃面都鋪了灰塵。杯子有漬，㕑房的灶頭因為不是用電磁爐，所以陳舊得很。房內的地氈，懷疑有蚤。 酒店的服務人員則十分盡責，我們事前要求借用電飯煲。本來房間沒有，他們也特別張羅一個給我們。 這酒店位於檳城的STRAITS QUAY，那邊都是高尚豪宅，商場有食肆，有超市，但因為是豪宅區，不要期望便宜。要體驗住豪宅的日常，可以一試。"

"This boutique hotel offers everything. Awesome staff. Big rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Love the happy hr. Get to meet other guests. Staff always happy to help and recommend options for dining in the local area. Albert and Phai Lee and other staff were always on hand to help out. Great old building beautifully maintained. The pool was an added bonus after a long day exploring. "
