Located in Genouillé, this 50 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests and features one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The 22 m² living room is perfect for relaxing together, while the private 4 m² kitchen is well equipped with two gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, and small freezer. Enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a baby cot on request. The spacious 19 m² bedroom offers comfortable beds, and the 6.5 m² bathroom has a shower, all on one level.



Relax on your private uncovered terrace and use the shared heated pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep), open from May to late September, weather permitting. Pool access is by one-hour time slots from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. A shared playground and a private barbecue are also available.



Shared parking is provided on site, and up to two pets are welcome. A shuttle service to the train station is available. Bed linen and cleaning can be booked for an extra charge.
