Welcome to La Kapacema, an elegant Périgord stone house in the heart of Génis, Dordogne. Set in one hectare of tree-lined grounds, this 350 m² property welcomes up to 14 guests for memorable stays with family or friends.



Blending period charm with modern comfort, the house features stone walls, exposed beams, original wooden floors, Oriental rugs and vintage furniture. Its warm, refined atmosphere invites you to unwind.



Enjoy several lounges, one with a fireplace, a library with workspace and Wi-Fi, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. A TV with video on demand is also available.



The house has 6 bright, thoughtfully decorated bedrooms with one king-size bed, three queen-size beds and three double beds, plus 5 bathrooms, several with freestanding baths. Bed linen and towels are provided.



Outside, enjoy a private lap pool, an outdoor shower, a furnished covered terrace and a large tree-filled garden with an orchard. Four parking spaces are available on the property.



A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer and toiletries complete the amenities.



In the heart of the Périgord Vert, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region: hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, picturesque villages, castles and local markets.
