Downtown House in Geelong
Indulge in luxurious living at 5 McKillop Place, a stunning triple-story townhouse located in the heart of Geelong. This brand-new home boasts an industrial-style design with modern fixtures, and a football stadium view from the rear. Relax in the spacious living area with a 75” Sony 4K TV, fully-equipped kitchen, and unwind in cozy bedrooms with high-end bathrooms. Please note we only accept bookings from people who don’t already live in Geelong and people over the age of 25
Built in 2023. Dark floorboards throughout industrial style home. Three story townhouse with exposed external steel beams feels luxurious. Soft carpet bedrooms and floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms. Polished concrete garage with the East wall of the home exposing structural block work. Long spacious levels of open plan living

Located in the heart of Geelong out skirting the central business district. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, football stadium, sporting fields, the Eastern beach, train stations, and everything the town has to offer. Although the home is close to the hustle and bustle it’s on a quiet residential lane the outdoor sound is deadened completely
Easy walking access, low traffic for cars and public transport close by. Gull bus station located across the road. 2 train stations only down the road. Football stadium a stone throw away
Loss of house keys or garage remote control will incur a $150 fee.
Strictly no gatherings or parties. May be asked to leave.
Please refrain from wearing shoes inside.
Additional pet cleaning fee will be required if no pet rule isn’t followed. If home is damaged, a damage fee amount required to fix and restore will be obtained from relevant professionals.
Early check in or late check outs are at an extra cost. 0-60 mins late will incur a $40 free and additional $40 for every additional hour after.
