FITZGERALD'S COTTAGE 15 at Gearhart Beach: A quaint studio cottage located close to the beach in downtown Gearhart, this home has a king bed, a kitchenette for dining needs, and a sleek 3/4 bathroom.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
