The Space:

It is stylishly furnished. The ceilings over 3 meters high add extra comfort. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed, in front of it, a suitable size TV with the SMART function. In this small space, there is a place for a table with comfortable armchairs, which will easily provide comfort during your morning breakfast. The preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay. A separate room is an impressive bathroom, equipped with a free-standing bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, but thanks to convenient curtains it can be completely intimate. The additional space of the apartment is a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drink.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.

The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day.

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 154 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
