The 74 m² interior has been designed in a modern loft style, featuring natural wood, exposed brick, black metal elements and industrial lighting. The open, two-level layout connected by a spiral staircase gives the apartment a distinctive character. The apartment is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 4 adults.



The Space:

The living room is a comfortable space for rest and relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for two people, as well as a Smart TV with access to cable channels. Exposed brick walls, natural wood, black metal details and industrial lighting highlight the loft-style character of the interior. The living area also includes a table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals. A central feature of the apartment is the spiral staircase leading to the upper level.



The kitchenette has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Light-coloured cabinetry is combined with natural wood elements and an exposed brick wall, harmoniously complementing the loft-style character of the apartment. Guests have access to a fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfasts, snacks and full meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The upper level features an open sleeping area decorated in calm, bright colours that promote relaxation. The central feature of the space is a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows. The wooden wall finish behind the bed, large windows and minimalist details create a cosy atmosphere, while an additional seating area provides a comfortable place to relax. Storage space is also available for guests.



The apartment features a furnished balcony overlooking the distinctive architecture of Granary Island and the inner courtyard. It is a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax outdoors.



The bathroom has been finished in a modern style, combining light surfaces, wood elements and black details. It is equipped with a spacious shower with a glass enclosure and rainfall showerhead, washbasin, mirror, toilet and washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
